There is no installation process for this program.
Simply download the zip file which contains the executable and helpfile, unzip it, and run it.
The only data placed on the system is a small file which stores the consent to the license agreement.
Download DoubleDawg
DoubleDawg requires Windows 2000 or XP, and will not work on Vista.
I doubt that it will run on Vista due to a new device driver architecture.
PCI dawg cannot be run from a network drive, due to Windows security requirements.

In order to use this program, you will need to read and agree with the End User License Agreement.
I need this to maintain my intellectual property rights in the software and to protect myself from lawsuits.
The DoubleDawg freeware program uses the same code base as the Boot-O-Matic version,
but without the ability to specify automatic configuration changes, and is available for download as well.
Operation of the buttons
- Set Latency: Enter the desired latency value and hit this button to change the PCI configuration value.
I recommend that you set the video card latency to 128 or 96 for doing audio work.
- Save AutoSet: Any changes you have made since starting the program will be saved to an auto-configuration file
that will be run when you start the program. This will overwrite any changes from previous sessions.
- Delete AutoSet: This will delete any auto-configuration settings and the next time you start Double Dawg,
it will not make any changes.
- Add to Startup: This will add a link to Double Dawg so that it will apply any auto-configuration changes on start-up,
but will not open an window or require intervention when doing so.
- Take off Startup: Deletes the link, if any, from the startup group.
- Copy to Clipboard: Will copy a report of pci settings on your PC to the clipboard where it can be pasted into e-mail
or printed.
