I, Charles Bianchi about to be liberated by virtue of license under Chapter 150 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1906, hereby notify you that I intend to reside in Montreal and promise to report monthly to the Chief of Police 638 Park Lafontaine on my arrival there, unless exempted from so doing by the said license.
