On a plea of Not Guilty. Be it remembered that Charles Bianchi, being a prisoner in the goal of said district, committed for trial on a charge of having on or about the twenty-eighth day of August in the year one thousand nine hundred and eight at the City of Montreal, in the said District, Forged a cheque for four hundred and twenty three dollars and fifty eight cents upon the bank of Hochelaga purporting to be signed by the Canadian Warehousing Company per D. Fournier, Manager.

And it is presented upon oath that said Charles Bianchi on or about the twenty eighth of August, nineteen hundred and eight at the City of Montreal, knowing that a cheque upon the Bank of Hochelaga for four hundred and twenty three dollars and fifty eight cents purporting to be signed by the Canadian Warehousing Company per D. Fournier, Manager, to be forged, used, dealt with and acted upon it as it it was genuine.

And having been brought before me Camille Piche, judge of the Sessions of the Peace for the District of Montreal, on the twelfth day of November, in the year one thousand nine hundred and Eight and asked by me if he consented to be tried before me, without the intervention of a jury, consented to so be tried.
